This workshop is perfect for couples who are considering and exploring non-monogamy and polyamory for the first time. Couples will be guided by experts in the field, supported by resources, and connected to other couples who are going through the same experience.

COST: $200 per Couple

Topics we will cover include:

  • Why Non-Monogamy? And for that matter, why Monogamy?

  • Emotional Regulation and why it matters no matter your relationship structure

  • Communication skills for decision making, repair and connection

  • Plus: Agreement Making, New Relationship Energy, Jealousy, Compersion, Community-Building, and more!
